We are very excited about our Mini-Society Class this year. Students of all ages will have the opportunity to work together, in small groups and individually, to create a working society and government. They will do this in a step-by-step process as they set up their own businesses, print their own money, participate in government and function within the society.
This hands-on experience will help students more clearly understand basic concepts in the following: Math, law, economics, entrepreneurship, government, ethics and the importance of Christian values in running a business and government.
The program is specifically designed for students in 3rd - 12th grade so other classes will be offered during this time period for younger children. As with all things in homeschooling, you are the best judge as to rather or not your child is mature enough to give full participation and benefit from such a program.
